Victorian or Edwardian Solid Mahogany Music Cabinet !

I was told this was a music cabinet - I have always used it for stationery, very handy for envelopes and pens and keys. Solid wood and very pretty, but needs some repolishing, and there is some paint on one side. One door panel is split, and it needs some magnetic catches - the handles are not original.
